The Final
The Earth Pageants UK 2027 grand final will take place over the August bank holiday weekend - Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th August 2027 in Hertford! This year’s competition will be a two day event, where contestants will have the opportunity to get involved in environmental activities and of course the grand final itself on the second day of the competition.
Rounds of Competition
Our contestants will take part in different rounds, depending on the title they are competing for (Ms, Mrs and Elite Ms / Mrs Earth UK contestants may choose to compete in swimwear or sportswear). Below is a table detailing our different rounds of competition for each title, and the weighting they carry towards the overall score.
PRIVATE INTERVIEW
The Private Interview round is the most important round of the competition, and is your opportunity to tell the judges why you should become one of our queens. This is a private, closed-door conversation in order for our panel to get to know you in a quiet setting, and each interview will last for four minutes.
OPENING NUMBER
Our opening round is a fun, dynamic dance number featuring all Earth Pageants UK contestants and current royalty. We do not judge contestants on their dance skills so this round is completely unscored! It is purely an opportunity to shake off the nerves, hype up the crowd and have some fun with your fellow contestants.
SWIMWEAR / SPORTSWEAR
Our swimwear / sportswear round is all about body confidence! We want to see our contestants having fun, demonstrating self-confidence and celebrating being a woman. Ms, Mrs and Elite Ms / Mrs Earth United Kingdom contestants have the option of wearing sportswear rather than swimwear if they would prefer.
SUSTAINABLE FASHION
The Sustainable Fashion round is unique to Earth Pageants UK, and is a great opportunity to get creative! Your outfit can represent anything environmental, can be upcycled, bought from a charity shop or be made from recycled materials. We want to see unique designs with interesting themes and meanings, centred around the environment, wildlife and sustainability.
EVENING GOWN
The evening gown round is widely considered the most iconic and breathtaking phase of a beauty pageant. It represents classic elegance, glamour and total poise. In this round, contestants will be scored on class, elegance and overall presentation - it is not about the dress, but about how you carry it!
ON-STAGE QUESTION
Our highest scoring contestants will be called back to the stage to answer an on-stage question, in the final round of the competition. The on-stage question round is your opportunity to show the judges your personality, intelligence and ability to think on your feet.
